Sender ID Query

The Sender ID query is for general information. Members of the public should continue to exercise all due precaution when receiving SMSes, especially those with suspicious links.

To Note :

  1. Organisations need to create a SSIR account on the SSIR portal first and register their preferred Sender ID(s). For more information on the registration process, please visit SSIR website, FAQ page and refer to Rules of Registration on the types of Sender IDs that can be accepted by SSIR.
  2. SSIR user organisations should login to the SSIR portal (or check with their SSIR admin account holder) to check on their Sender ID(s) application status.
