Yes, the Application Deposit can be used to offset against the final bid price. The Applicant will have to send their payment directly to SGNIC in accordance with Clause 10 of the Rules before the expiry of the Bid Payment Deadline stated in Clause 5 of the Rules. Failure to do so may result in the bid being disqualified and the Application Deposit being forfeited.
Payments can be made via cheque, cashier's order or telegraphic transfers in favour of "SINGAPORE NETWORK INFORMATION CENTRE (SGNIC) PTE LTD". The applicant's name and the SCDN applied for must be indicated on the back of the cheque and cashier's order or in the case of a telegraphic transfer, the payment reference should be the SCDN applied for. Any bank charges must be borne by the Applicant in full.
